SPEED Background
SPEED started in 2016 when Sean Morton was invited to speak at a Fall Planning conference. A Colorado Sales Leader wanted to help agencies prepare for the technology changes coming by 2020 — and after going back and forth on ideas, he simply asked Sean to share how he runs his own agency.
That presentation turned into a full workshop a few weeks later, and SPEED has been growing ever since.
Sean brings a background in technology and a firsthand understanding of what it takes to run a high-performing insurance agency. He's gone from doing everything himself — production, service, BOD — to building the systems and processes that allow his team to run the business without him in every conversation.
Today SPEED is available On Demand so agencies across the country can get started immediately, with live Zoom workshops running every month for those who want the real-time experience.
