What is SPEED Training?
SPEED Training is a live Zoom or On Demand Workshop focused on using Technology and Systems to run an efficient insurance agency. We combine multiple strategies and tools from email templates, text scripts, BOD, ECRM, books, corporate training, and more to show you how to create an outstanding customer experience without a ton of extra effort.
This workshop teaches you how to “architect” your agency to create an outstanding customer experience. You’ll learn the proven systems and processes that will create the consistency and professionalism that will drive everything in your office. Whether you were just appointed or you are a tenured agent, you & your staff will bring hours back into each and every work day by implementing these concepts.

We have a few ways to access the training.
We've got something for everybody, and we cover it all, no matter which type of class you attend. We recommend that you bring as many team members as possible, starting with office managers and agent aspirants. Anyone who is working with the customers over the phone or in person should attend.
We recommend that the agent attends the class along with your team, but not required. There is a lot of accountability built into these processes, so agents that do not attend may not be able to implement as quickly as ones who do.
Yes! Organizing a training for a study group is easier than other classes because you already have a group of engaged agents who want to get better.
There are 2 important considerations:
There is no price discount, but we do offer payment plans. There is a tremendous amount of work done to customize all of the content for each office, so the price is the same regardless of tenure.

Yes! Simply register for a class, but don’t attend (or choose On Demand), and you will receive all of the same content.

You will have access to the course as well as all of the products and tools in the Cloud.
The team regularly works on the platform to keep it up to date with best practices and member requested content.
Because SPEED Training does not have a Master Services Agreement in place with State Farm, we are a Non-State Farm Vendor (see below in red for why this is exactly where we want to be). We have worked closely with compliance on this Outside Business Activity, and we have raised no concerns, and agents are allowed to use our service.
It is important to keep in mind the differences between Vendors, Unauthorized Entities, and Non-State Farm Vendors:
Any vendor that does not have an agreement in place with State Farm or the services received from an approved vendor are outside of the scope of the vendor’s agreement with State Farm. State Farm does not generally dictate what non-State Farm vendors an independent contractor may use. It is the agent’s responsibility to ensure that the vendors they engage with do not raise concerns.
SPEED Training does not allow customer/consumer information to be shared, there is no connectivity to State Farm systems, and we have raised no concerns! Agents are allowed to use our service.
