How SPEED started
SPEED started in 2016, when a Colorado Sales Leader asked me to speak at a Fall Planning conference. He wanted to help agencies get ready for the technology changes coming by 2020. After a lot of back and forth on what to cover, he landed on something simple: just show them how you run your own agency.
That talk became a full workshop a few weeks later. Ten years on, more than 4,000 agents and team members across the country are running on SPEED.
I started in 2008 as an agency intern and opened my own office in 2010. I've done every job in it: production, service, BOD. What I teach isn't theory. It's the system my own agency runs on, refined over fifteen years, and it's the same system your team gets access to on day one.

Off the clock
Background in tech, degree from Florida, four kids, and a wife who has asked me more than once not to put her picture on the website. My team and I build tools we'd actually use ourselves. That's the whole standard.
